- I am first and formost a Mum and a working one at that using yoga in her home and personal life to maintain an even balance. Yoga has brought a massive amount of peace and tranquility to my own life and allowed me to not feel happy in my own body and mind but also has led me to know that I am on the right path no matter what difficulties may arise and that I can cope with them thanks to my practise... Je suis tout d'abord une maman qui pratique du yoga pour l'aider a "affronter" le monde et a mieux gerer ma vie personelle, familiale et professionelle. Le Yoga m'a apporter enormement de confort et de paix a travers des annees et j'espere qu'il va faire la meme chose pour vous!

Hi, I am a kiwi Mum and I stayed at the Mournet with my 5 year old daughter recently. We had the most wonderful holiday there and I highly recommend it. The attention to detail, and the care and friendship offered by Charlotte and Christian was outstanding. There is an amazing energy at the Mournet that can't be put into words, one has to experience it! The accomodation is fantastic, clean, and welcoming. The pool divine, and the garden just lovely for my daughter to play in and for me to relax in. A quiet village rests a short walk away, and writing about my experience at Ardeche Affair now, makes me want to go back there, which I will one day.
